Day 1 : UK/Rotterdam

From your local departure point you will take an overnight crossing from Hull to Rotterdam.

Day 2 : Amsterdam & Arnhem

You arrive in Rotterdam early this morning and transfer to Amsterdam by coach. Join your Tour Manager on an included sightseeing tour which will introduce you to the main attractions of this vibrant city. Afterwards you will have free time to explore the city’s world-renowned museums and galleries. Visit Anne Frank’s house or maybe take a seat at a pavement café and watch the world go by. You continue on to Arnhem, where you will stay for the next two nights.

Day 3 : Floriade

Today you will transfer to Venlo where you will enjoy a full day exploring Floriade, a spectacular exhibition of flowers and gardening that is held in the Netherlands just once every 10 years. Prepare to be dazzled by the displays from hundreds of exhibitors who have descended upon Greenport Venlo. Five themed zones spread over 66 hectares will showcase some of the world’s most stunning flowers, plants and trees, as well as a huge variety of fruit and vegetables. Floriade 2012 also offers a varied cultural experience with a programme of dance, music, theatre, literature and visual art from all over the globe, making it an event that must not be missed.

Day 4 : Amsterdam & Amstelveen

You’ll return to Amsterdam today, where you will have free time in the city as well as the opportunity to join an optional canal cruise. In the afternoon, you will travel to the city of Amstelveen where a visit to a cheese and clog factory has been organized with a cheese tasting included. Later you will transfer to Rotterdam for your return overnight sailing to Hull.

Day 5 : Rotterdam/UK

You arrive back in the UK this morning and continue to your original point of departure.
