9-Day Break

Day 1 – Local departure then onwards to Belgium for an overnight stay.
Day 2 – Arrive in the Süd Tirol for a 6-night stay. B,D
Day 3 – Italian Dolomites (included). Cameras at the ready to capture some of the most gorgeous mountain-scapes in Europe, dotted with pretty little villages, and even more spectacular views the higher we go. B,D
Day 4 – Lake Garda (optional, included on Silver Service - 2009 dates only); and Lake Cruise (optional).  Enjoy the beautiful scenery and sights, like Riva’s Rocca fortress, built to defend the lake. Why not sample the local delicacies before leaving the shore for an optional cruise on Lake Garda, taking in lovely mountain scenery. B,D
Day 5 – Innsbruck and Vipiteno (optional). We cross the Brenner Pass into Austria and to Innsbruck, where you can see the famous Golden Roof, Hofburg Palace and Maria Theresien Street. On the other side of the Brenner Pass, spend some time shopping in the town of Vipiteno. B,D
Day 6 – Venice (optional). A unique city full of bridges, canals and elegant edifices, such as the Bridge of Sighs and St. Mark’s Square. The quieter little backstreets can be explored on foot, and an optional lagoon cruise will allow you to take in the sights from a calmer angle. B
Day 7 – Brunico (included). Enjoy an afternoon in Brunico, in the Puster Valley. Don’t forget to sample some of the fine local cuisine. B,D
Day 8 – To Belgium for an overnight stay. B
Day 9 – To Calais and return home. B

Accommodation

You’ll stay in the 2-star Gasthof Kordiler in St. Peter for six nights. Silver Service will stay in the 3-star Zum Schlössl, in Uttenheim. Both of these hotels are long-time favourites of Leger Holidays’ guests. Both hotels have a bar, restaurant and terrace, and the Kordiler has a lift.

Overnight stays in Belgium are in city-style hotels.

Please Note: Due to demand, some Silver Service dates will stay at the Gasthof Kordiler.
